Agim and his team were excellent. Punctual, professional and courteous, they made sure that the difficult job they did for us, (removing chimney breasts) went as smoothly as possible and caused minimal disruption to our lives. At the end of every day, the team cleaned up and tidied away whatever tools were left overnight. 

Agim ensured the structural work was up to Building Regulations standard and he paid very close attention the finishing and making good. As a result, the rooms are safe, bigger and look great. Many thanks, we’ll use you again.

We would like to thank you for the recent work carried out at our house. The decorating of our living room, hallway and first floor landing which required painting of all walls and wooden skirting was carried out to a very high standard and completed to an exact standard we required.

Also you carried out excellent carpentry work on our stair case making it secure and safe. We found the work of yourself and your colleagues to be of a very high standard carried out quickly and efficiently, and also found you all to be very respectful of our home, very friendly and a pleasure to have in our home.

Having completed the work our house was left clean and tidy by you. We will certainly ask you again to do any future work that may arise. Our sincere thanks.

I am currently a private Landlord of a semi detached house in Waltham Forest.
In bringing the house up to a standard recommended by the London Borough of Waltham Forest I engaged the services of A & B London Construction Services Ltd.

1) The work involved extensive preparation and redecoration to all eight internal rooms ( Walls and Ceiling)
2) Laminate the flooring to all the ground floor rooms and hallway.
3) Carpeting to all firs floor rooms and stairs.
4) Reinstatement of internal partition wall.
5) Minor repairs to roof.
6) Installation of ‘Gallery Bracket’ to chimney stack in roof area.
7) Numerous small details of general repair that includes carpentry and tiling skills.

All work was carried out in an efficient and competent manner and I am pleased to say that they offered very competitive financial estimates for all the work they carried out.

In conclusion I can only say that I was more than satisfied with their work and that as a company they provided an accommodating and professional attitude in all their dealings for the above.
